Soul Guidance sessions hold you in a sacred, alchemical space where your soul has the floor. This is not about being told who to be. This is about becoming more of who you truly are. This is a space of presence — sacred neutrality — where you are held and witnessed in your truth. Together, we listen. We attune. We allow what your soul wants to express, to come through fully and freely.

What is Soul Guidance?

Soul Guidance is about sacred witnessing. It’s about creating the conditions for your soul to be heard — not through force or fixing — but through presence. In this frequency, this zero-point alchemy, we allow soul wisdom to rise. This is soul growth. This is soul expression. This is soul embodiment.

What Happens in a Session?

Each session is guided by your soul’s unique rhythm. We begin by arriving — you bring your heart, your questions, your curiosity. I bring presence, devotion, and intuitive support. From there, we may:

  • Identify patterns or energies ready to shift

  • Receive messages from your guides or higher self

  • Engage the body, breath, or energy systems

  • Sit in silence or flow in dialogue — led by soul

  • Reiki is universal life force energy and is the vibration of unconditional love. The healing energy of Reiki restores wholeness and provides healing on all levels—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Reiki can be used for all areas of life including physical ailments, emotional disturbance, mental health, relationships, life purpose, business, and more. It can be transmitted through a practitioner’s hands as well as sent remotely through time and space.

    I am a Reiki Master in both the traditional Usui System of Natural Healing, and in higher frequency Celestial Reiki.

  • Akashic Healing is a method of connecting with the energetic field of a person, place, animal, relationship, business, or other area of life. Through opening the Akashic Records, we receive healing and wisdom that serves our highest good.

    I am an Advanced Level Akashic Healing Practitioner through Brynne Dippell, Ph.D and The Illuminated Heart, Inc.

  • Hatha yoga is a physical practice of connecting the mind, body and spirit to create balance. Somatic awareness brings conscious attention to the body in every moment, and is the quality of awareness we seek when practicing yoga.

    With over 25 years experience teaching and practicing yoga, my training & certification include Bikram, Svaroopa, Vinyasa, Yoga Shapeshifting, meditation & breathwork.

  • Astrology is a method of understanding aspects such as personality, life purpose, relationship compatibility, and important dates. Astrological charts serve as blueprints of a person’s soul. They measure planetary influences based on time and location of a person’s birth. Charts can also be pulled for pets, locations, events, and more. In my practice of astrology, charts serve as a basis to channel deeper insights for a client.

    I have worked with astrology for over 20 years, and I am a certified Professional Mystic Astrologer through Rising Woman.

    I utilize many forms of intuitive channeling including working with spirit guides, past life regression, business intuition, and Lori Wilson’s Total Body Intuition.

As your partner and coach, I will hold you in sacred neutrality, compassionate accountability, and provide information and insight to help you navigate your inner and outer experiences.     My life coaching practice comes from over 20 years experience, rooted in the teachings of Wisdom of the Whole: Coaching for Joy, Health and Success, as well as from my professional career in organizational leadership, executive management, Human Resources, and curriculum design.
